Over the years I have had the occaision to deal with many different contractors.
We all know that all contractors are not created equal.
Some are good, some are not so good.
The standards and level of follow-through vary widely as the services they provide.
But when you find someone who's ahead of the pack, well, you want to spread the word.
My 100+ year-old craftsman is a testament to the artisans who constructed "her" back in 1908.
So the care and maintenance is not something to be taken lightly.
I have been lucky to have some great assistance in the matter, but never luckier than when I finally called on Randy and G&X
The jobs I needed done weren't the biggest, but they required a special attention to detail and care.
Randy came to my rescue; When there were issues that required creative solutions, he found the answers.
And finding someone who was willing to embrace a multitude of smaller but nitpicky projects... well, that's almos unheard of in today's world.
Most important, they kept me informed. If there were delays or problems (as often occurs with old houses) they let me know as soon as possible
So would I recommend Randy and G&X? In a heartbeat! My craftsman is forever grateful. As am I!
Cheers

Today, I wish to offer my thanks to Randy Rosalex and his most knowledgeable crew at “G&X General Contracting” for the completion of our extensive master suite remodel.
Randy Rosalex has mastered so many aspects of general contracting, it’s hard to know where to begin.
Having a credible, experienced, imaginative person like Randy Rosalex at the front end of your project pretty much guarantees your successful completion.
He is an expert at translating a vision into reality, while keeping the costs reasonable and the project moving on schedule.
During our project, Randy did everything is in his power to keep us informed.
He earned the nickname "School Teacher", for his warm daily updates from a stool in our living room.
His ability to both guide and listen to a variety of options is truly a gift.
If you are doing a project, hire Randy. There will be no arguments, no misunderstandings.
His paperwork is meticulous, his ability to suggest options that save money and time should also be noted.
Personally speaking, he is one of the most agreeable guys I have ever met.
To sum it all up, hire Randy and his crew.
You won’t regret your decision.
Your project will be completed on schedule, in a professional manner and with breathtaking results.
Feel free to give me a call at (916)361-3989 with any questions you may have concerning Randy Rosalex and his G&X crew.
There are not enough superlatives in the English language to cover this extraordinary fellow's talents.
With heartfelt thanks,
Joseph Bossenmaier
